So, we have been very busy between my job and exploring! Moms birthday was the other day and we had a blast! We took her to Asheville, NC and explored there for 3 days. Before we left I cooked her one of her favorite meals, spaghetti and meatballs. Then we ate ice cream cake. So she got a mini birthday celebration before her actual birthday in Asheville.
